- March 2010 Marconigram CMMC has a lease for the Operations Building and a building permit so work can begin. MMC has raised the funds to renovate the building to meet standards for health and safety and house our museum exhibits and education center.

At the January 25th Town meeting, Chatham voters overwhelmingly approved a warrant article
authorizing spending $408,730 of CPA funds for a new entrance, parking lot, and septic system at the Marconi/RCA property clearing the way for construction to begin.
- January 2010 Marconigram If you are a Chatham voter, please come to the Town meeting and support Article 2 at 6:30 pm on Monday, January 25, 2010 at Chatham High School. The article allows the Town to provide safe access, parking and a septic system for the Marconi site. The Chatham Selectmen, Preservation and Finance Committees all recommend this article, but final approval of this expenditure of CPC funds requires a vote at Town meeting.
